Comment about web hosting company: I host from Simple-Web-Hosting.com and I am very satisfied. I get GREAT customer service, I never have any problems, and they also host my domain name for me. The only downside to this hosting company is that you have to pay an extra $5/month for a domain name, but i still say that its worth it because the quality and service is the best ive experienced from a hosting company. Extremely slow technical support responses. When you do get a response, it's cryptic and rarely addresses the root question.

comments about web hosting company: They were terrible. I signed up because they advertised their 30 day money back guarantee. They were a little slow on setting me up but not too bad. Then I just found problem after problem with the features on their site. Tech support could occasionally fix the problems after a couple of calls. But as often they just said that they knew about it for a while, were working on it and had no idea when it would be working. Their ticketing system could not seem to send emails to common domain names as well so it was completely useless. Since I never received emails from the ticketing system, I ended up always having to call to get the ineffective help that they offered. Finally, I figured that I better get out while still in the 30 day guarantee period. I sent them an email requesting cancellation and a refund. After not seeing the refund for a couple of months, I called them. It turned out that they had received the email but had just not bothered to do anything with it. I then found out that they will also not refund my entire amount.

Overall, I have to say that they were terrible. Their advertising is misleading, their customer service seems nice but is completely ineffective and frustrating. Their site only partially works at best. You have them rated much too high.

I am a friend of the owner so I can't give a truly fair review but I'll try to be as fair as i can :)

The prices are right in the not to cheap range but still competitive. The support is easy to use and has been there for me when i needed it. Unlike most hosts they have a support number to call when you really need to talk to someone. The best things about this host are actually the amount of features they give and the fact that the support team will always help you setup your domain, or transfer your cart or forum for you. All in all this host is right up there with the big guys in customer satisfaction.
